When feeling anxious, check your body. If hands or teeth are clenched release by opening and feel the shift.

No answers need to be given or wanted. Someone once told me that within the question is the answer. I guess we might say within the wonder lies the wisdom.

• I wonder which is most helpful, teaching the enneagram or how to live in the moment?
• I wonder what the world would be like if all who call themselves Christian really followed the teachings of their teacher Jesus?
• I wonder what the world will be like when people everywhere stop reacting out of fear and act out of love?
• I wonder when politicians will share their wisdom rather than their criticism?
• I wonder: about this quote for people who are: “So heavenly minded that they are   no earthly good” might be applied in reverse “So earthly minded they are no heavenly good” ?
• Do we come into this world with an awareness of our connectedness to something greater than ourselves that we call God, Allah, Divine, Greater Self, Spirit?
• I wonder if some people are born spiritual with a deep awareness of their spiritual connections and spend their life learning to be human or is it the other way that people are born aware of their humanity  and spend their life seeking for the spiritual?
• Did we choose to be on this planet at this time in history or was it chosen for us?
• I wonder if we are born with both spiritual and human awareness with an invitation to blend them?
• Feb.17 I wonder if anyone out there is wondering?
• I wonder if more of us can be totally present and observe conflict as an opportunity for learning?
